Our ‘Energy’ platform department delivers technical and process solutions to make sure the systems that support our business are running smoothly. This platform also focuses on reducing cost to serve to customers.
Typical projects cut across a wide set of solution domains including: registrations, provisioning, smart metering, meter readings, rating, billing and wider utility industry changes

Customer service platform
Our Customer service platforms aim to achieve the "Best Customer Satisfaction of scale players using class-leading technology”.
These 360 platforms are seamlessly integrated with our back systems, and are used by customer service agents and customers across web, mobile, voice and Social Media channels, allowing our customers to easily find answers to their questions. This includes our award winning artificial intelligence platform "Ask First"
The team's focus technologies include Salesforce, Python and Big Data based technologies.
'My Energy' platform
Our ‘My Energy’ team delivers our flagship product which gives our Customers detailed information on how they’re using their energy, and personalised tips on how to save even more. They’re focused on delivering personalised web experiences to our customers.
In the last 18 Months our My Energy development team has built an Energy Engagement platform which has been deployed to around 850,000 customers. This platform, built using cutting edge technology, helps our customers keep track of their energy usage and stay firmly in control of their spend.
They work tirelessly to help our customers gain more insight into their energy consumption by developing new and innovative tools and visuals.
